How are practitioners selected to work at Health and Herbs?
New practitioners are invited to submit their CV's including two referees, at least one of which will be a professional reference.
They are then invited to make an appointment for an interview with Dr Clare covering past professional development and future aspirations, including ongoing professional development.
Specifics including professional insurance and membership of their relevant professional body are checked to ensure high professional clinical standards have been achieved within the discipline.
The final welcome to the team is subject to either Dr Clare undergoing a treatment where relevant e.g. massage or reflexology. Care is taken to ensure the best practice is maintained particularly with counseling where all practitioners are members of their Professional Association and are also supervised by an accredited supervisor on a regular basis. |
