Learn to cook with Wholefoods!
I will teach you how to make delicious nutritious easy meals using beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and lots of vegetables. The classes are in the form of a demonstration. I supply the recipes and give you lots of nutritional tips while i prepare the foods which everyone gets to taste at the end of the class.
The classes are small - a maximum of 8 people and last for 2 and a 1/2 hours.
The classes are held on alternate Saturday and Sunday mornings over 4 weekends in Moycullen.
Although the dishes cooked are vegetarian, you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy the classes -they will also appeal to meat eaters and anyone who just wants to learn how to cook tasty healthy dishes.
I am a Nutritional Therapist with 25 years of vegetarian cooking experience. I ran a vegetarian wholefood restaurant in London during the 80's and that is when my passion began for wholesome healthy food and sharing it with others.
